Report Fitness - New Members Welcome!
The 6 Week Challenge is designed for you if you’re looking to lose fat, tone,and clean your eating habits. Ultimately, you will be working towards becoming the best version of yourself!
The ReportFitness NEW member option includes:
Workouts – Report Fitness
As a new member at Report Fitness, you will have access to unlimited classes available all day. it is assumed you will be using the classes as your workout program to keep you in shape and help you reach your goals. It is recommended that you attend at least 4 classes per week for optimal results, but I encourage you to challenge yourself to attend a number of classes that you can commit to for 6 weeks and remain consistent. You can register for your first class through www.mindbody.com or www.reportfitness.com directly. All you need to do is submit your workouts when you do them!
The meal plan includes daily guidelines to which I expect you to include as much detail as possible. The food plan for the week is due on the Tuesday of each week. This means you will be planning what you will be eating one week ahead of time (your challenge starts on a Monday, you should really prepare on the weekend, but if you don’t get to it, you have until Tuesday to send it to me for review).
Measurements and progress
You are able to track your progress through your account. The measurements and progress pictures are due on the Tuesday of each week (Your challenge starts on a Monday, you should really do the measurements on the weekend, but if you don’t get to it you have until Tuesday to track it for most accuracy and consistency). You can submit as often as you’d like and this will become your new tracking log. You will need a measuring tape and a scale. Please note: Your private information is completely confidential and will not be shared without consent.
Accountability ,follow-ups, motivation
Throughout the challenge we will be in continuous contact. I will be available to answer any questions and follow your journey along the way. This will ensure accountability and keep you motivated through the 6 weeks. There is also an optional group chat that will be available for everyone to share experiences, recipes, and more!
